Do you provide International delivery?
Yes international delivery is available at a price of £8
How do I return an item?
Delivery costs will only be refunded if an item is faulty or an error has been made at this end. It is advised that you use a recorded delivery service or retain proof of posting as we can't be held responsible for items that get lost in the post. Please contact for a returns address.
What is your returns policy?
If you are unhappy with your order please do get in touch and hopefully we will be able to resolve any issues. However, returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase. The customer must pay for the return postage unless the item is faulty
When will I receive my order?
We aim to dispatch orders within 3 working days of you placing your order, items are sent Royal Mail second class (usually 1-3 days). However please bare in mind that all products are handmade and during busy times orders may take a little longer to process. If you need something quickly please get in touch and we will do our very best!
What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay through PayPal or credit/ debit card. Simply add items to your cart and then proceed to check out.
What are your delivery costs?
UK delivery is free for all orders over £40 and charged at a flat rate of £2.85 for orders below that. International orders are charged at £8
